We have a tradition in our practice that we call the "Thanks a Million" Sellabration." When we reach "sales milestones" we Sellabrate with our title company of choice, 1st Service Title & Closing Services, Greenfield, Wisconsin and share the excitement....and spur us on to the next goal.
We are not their only client of course...(they have 40 closings all over southeastern Wisconsin just today !) but Jeanette and Larry Liesen, the owners of the company and their staff, always make you feel as if you are the only...and certainly the most important clients with their exemplary level of service.
Last night the Sellabration was held in Mukwonago at The Fork in the Road. This is a one of kind Mom & Pop...wood planked floor ...informal sort of place with a menu that spans wraps to steaks and chops, meatloaf and their ever famous "mac 'n cheese" in between.
The Sellabration begins with a toast to our mutual
success...and we always bring party favors...the ever famous Million Dollar Chocolate bar with an assortment of "lucky" scratch off tickets in varying denominations. The tradition is that if you win 3 figures...you buy dinner...and four figures commands more sharing...so far...the Wisconsin Lottery has not forced us to figure out how to define "more sharing."
We believe that an attitude of gratitude is important...and sharing success with the people who helped make that possible, is very important. We appreciate their service and that they always make us feel as if we are FIRST...!
Thank you Larry & Jeanette...we look forward to the next Sellabration and a stellar year in Real Estate with your help !
