Ah! the 4th has come and gone. What a great chance to catch up with friends and
family!
One thing I found, as I made my rounds this weekend, I was inspired by a great
garden & pool area. Now I've done a bit of updating on my own landscaping.
The outcome, greater "curb appeal".
I love the look of my home as I'm driving up to it.
Now, I'm not selling my home any time soon, however, I thought you might benefit

This week in Chatsworth we saw 10 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from
$297,000 - $1,180,000; for an average of $598,495. Homes were built between
1950 and 2015. They range in size from 1204sf - 4180sf. Lastly, the homes were
on the market between 17 and 152 days, with an average selling time of 66 days.
