With the Democratic National Convention kicked off on Monday, one of the most contentious presidential race in modern history is finally at full throttle. It’s all anyone can discuss right now: Who on Earth is going to be our next leader, Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump? Yet while each of the political fireworks are spurring record ratings on CNN and Fox News-and, not incidentally, producing a boom inside the installations of panic rooms and bomb shelters-it’s all apparently a little bit of a buzzkill for the housing market.
