We are at the end of Summer soon and we have a CONTEST for you! Are you getting ready for hibernation come Fall /Winter? Well, get to work now before hibernation sets in.
This CONTEST should get you rebooted! If not, it will push you into the SOCIAL MEDIA momentum you have have been waiting for. Also, reminding you that you should also work your farm area or the trac you JUST got a listing in.So, here are the rules and guidelines to EARN 1500 POINTS. You heard right! 1500 POINTS and the ONE RAINER that has the best BLOG with creativity, including and following rules will EARN another 1500 POINTS. Please make sure your blog consists of 250 words MINIMUM.HERE WE GO:#1Set up a Twitter Acct and Instagram account if YOU don't have one & post a quick house photo FOR SALE pic and creat one sentence. It could also be an Open House or a LISTING pic if you already have a listing.Instagram: Laguna Beach home in a beautiful cu-de-sac with 40k in upgrades. Must See (then add hashtags and share to twitter) #lagunahome #oclauren #buylaguna#24encinitas (include a hashtag and words such as your city, address, your name or Instagram name, your state and realtor NO SPACES)Note: New to Instagram? OWN that trac! Take over! and post pic of trac and create a flyer for your Trac THAT YOU COULD GO FARM. Save your flyer as a .jpg (pic) and include in your blog.
