Messy people of the world are rebelling against the clean ones, who keep telling them to tidy up and embrace organization and cleanliness. However, when the "messies" clean up their act and reorganize their lives, they often get caught in this scenario: Living as a messie means never finding what you need in a timely manner, but living as a "cleanie" means you've thrown out all the clutter and no longer have what you need to find.

Messies also enjoy the convenience of keeping their stuff out in the open where they can reach it, as opposed to cleanies who covet organized storage systems. And now, a university study has discovered that people who work in cluttered offices are more inventive and creative than those who work in a more sterile environment.

In the battle of messie vs. cleanie, it's important to fully accept yourself as you are, according to ApartmentTherapy.com (a website for interior design and organizational ideas). Moderately messy homes often highlight the personalities of the residents. For example, shelving that contains books and only books is dull to a messie, who prefers to see knick-knacks, mugs and collectibles wedged in among the books. According to messie author Jennifer McCartney, "Bookshelves aren't just for books."

Well, some mess for others is clearly organized space. We have different logic and those of us who are visual, they can seem like ''messier'' people.
