Realtors Are Like Icebergs

Reblogger William Feela
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

Wow!  You need to read this blog.

It is one of the best blogs I hvae read in years when it comes to us realtors.

WE talk and talk about what we do.

But when the words hit our clients ears, well it is in one ear and out the other.

This blog is simple and to the point.

Thanks Myrl!

It's no secret that many home buyers and home sellers don't fully realize all it takes to get a home sale successfully closed.

They witness some activity through our interaction with them; but often miss what occurs behind the scenes.

Here's an illustration putting it all into perspective. Realtors are like icebergs.

Thanks for the reblog, William.  It's greatly appreciated!  I often think in our pursuit of professionalism and the quest to make transactions appear to close effortlessly, our clients misunderstand all the steps, and nuances it takes to close the deal!  I was hoping to bring that into perspective!

I reblogged as well.  And Myrl writes this with CLIENTS not knowing.  What about the NON-CLIENT work we do?  To cultivate our business, to bring in more, marketing, advertising, continuing ed, blogging, meeting with potential clients, and the countless hours I spend on market reports and writing about trends.  It adds up!
