Prices of a one bedroom one bath condo start in the mid $200k range and go all the way up to the top of the line three bedroom at over $1.3 million. A 3,000 square foot three bed 3 bath room condo closed in August of 2016 for $1,165,000.
Currently there are only 2 condominiums available for sale at this time and they are both 2 bedroom units. The price range is a 1287 square foot 2 bedroom property that is listed for $425k and also an 1800 square foot unit on the 8th floor that is $549k. Very often you will find very nice 2 bedroom condos in the mid $300k range but you have to watch for those because they go fast.
There are 206 condos in the Optima Views and the property was built in 2003. At that time people were buying whole floors preconstruction, there was nothing like this in downtown Evanston prior.
