A Pause Before the Drive

This is an entry into Dick Greenberg 's photo challenge for November.

 

This is a shot from the T box at one of the holes in Heather Gardens Golf Course in Aurora CO.  I took a listing there this past spring and was able to capture this shot.  With the snow on the ground, there were no golfers on the course this particular day.  

 

I have been back quite a few times this year and enjoyed playing golf on this course.  It is a 9 hole executive course and just about the right size for me.  

 

The scenery at the course is very beautiful, serene and mature.  I love taking in the water features (as long as my ball doesn't find them) and the wildlife hanging around.

Nice photo, Belinda. We live on a golf course in Delaware. I like to take walks around the course and this photo reminds me of what ours looks like. Your nine hole executive course sounds like one good for me. Glad you have been able to get some rounds in.
