Ben Nash the 33 year old co-founder of PCS mobile just bought a nearly 8,500 square foot penthouse on the 43rd floor of the 47 story Mansions @Aqualina in Sunny Isles. Besides containing 5 bedrooms it also has its own indoor swimming pool.
In the photo you see the original Aqualina in the center. The Mansions is on the left and under construction in 2 phases to the right side is The Estates @ Aqualina.
