When I asked, "Do you know anyone wanting to buy or sell a HOME?", I was apprehended....What? There is a city ordinance that I can not solicit to law enforcement officers?
Around here each city or municipality has its regulation. One city Open house sign needs to be X by Y inches and they can not be 15 feet from street curb. Some can only be generic open house sign and limited to 6 maximum. There are no more than two identical signs per intersection. They can be displayed between dawn and dusk. No balloons, ribbons, streamers, or other attention-getting devices Prohibited to be on median, street, travel lane or on any sidewalk interfereing walkers. Some city across the street does not have these restrictions.
I can appreciate a rule on open house signs. My pet peeve is immature agents try to put down other open house events by turning around the direction arrow, flip signs over because they feel another agent is encroaching on their "farm". Be mature and learn to be tolerant of other professionals.
Over the years I have not used Hasselblad, Nikon F, Leica filmed cameras. I sold my darkroom equipment and have just one Nikon digital camera and these photos appended here are all taken from my iPhone. In fact, my iPhone 7 consists of a 12 mp (higher than my Nikon DSLR) f/1.8 to 2.8 with a 5X zoom feature.
