I continue to receive calls on this 2 bedroom Blossom Valley condo located in the Park Almaden Community in San Jose, CA.

This probate home listed on October 31, 2016. The offer deadline was set for noon on November 8, 2016.

The administrator of the estate accepted an offer by the end of day on November 8, 2016.

The probate attorney wasted no time in mailing the Notice of Proposed Action the following day. Just like probate real estate agents are not created equal, neither are probate attorneys.

Over the years I have worked with Administrators and Executors of estates who were less than happy with their attorney's attitude and lack of responsiveness.
