Los Angeles County, California Homes Sales And Values Report October 2016

On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values decreased 2.5% to an avarage price of $533,370 in October of 2016 from $546,920 in September 2016, but jumped 4.7% from price of $509,570 in October of 2015. While, homes sales declined 0.6% in October of 2016, from September of 2016, and down 3.3% from October of 2015 in Los Angeles County, California.

There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, higher from 3.3 in September of 2016, but lower from 3.7 months in October of 2015. An average it took 35.6 days to sell a home in October 2016, declined from 35.7 days in September 2016, and fell from 50.7 days in October of 2015 in Los Angeles County, California.
