We now have snow coming down in Chicago Land. Usually we will get snow flurries right around Thanksgiving but it did not happen this year. I just looked out the window and see it really coming down hard. Is it snowing yet in your neck of the woods?

No snow here in Texas but it's colder than usual. Thanks for the update. My sister and her family from Elk Grove are moving this week. I hope everyone will be safe on the roads. And my oldest sister is moving on Saturday - yikes!!! I hear where she's heading for has gotten deep snow already too.
A few months ago I wrote a post on the Farmer's Almanac - they predict a very cold winter this season, even down here in Texas and unfortunately, you're going to get it worse.
