I hope this home finds the right family soon - it should. Northwood Elementary is a great school, and within walking distance (well, maybe not for kindergartners' legs . . . unless they get an early start)!
When you show this to prospective buyers, you might let them know that they are about 5 houses away from Spring Ridge and kids from Lake Forest can, and do, join the Spring Ridge swim team! And they can walk/bike to the pool without going out onto Old Alabama Road.
