Relocation Buyers – A Niche Market for 2017
I have personally moved a bunch of times, have now owned 10 primary homes, and my wife and I have had 4 major relocations (to Boston from Michigan, Boston to the Twin Cities, the Twin Cities to Boston, and Boston to Southern California). As a result I know a lot about relocating a significant distance, but it has also been a big part of my real estate business, especially following my move to Carlsbad from Boston back in 2005.
I really enjoy working with relocations, from within California as well as from other parts of the country and internationally, and learn new things each time. Thus with my own personal experience, experiences with a couple family members, plus working with many relocating clients over the years relocation is one of my favorite markets to service.
Plus I continue to develop checklists, create videos, and share information that I know will benefit those making a major move before and during the process.
While I have plenty of relocation information in place there is always room for more. So here are some ideas for what I plan to work on in 2017 to further improve my services and tools for relocating clients this year, and some topics I plan to address in my blog posts.
