Music can move your client.

As everyone knows, since the dawn or retail, music has played in stores. As a commercial contractor, I can tell you that stores spend big money on sound systems and the reason is simple, it improves sales. Almost every large store purchases music from companies the specialize in music for retail. I use to believe it was because of copyright laws and not wanting commercials, this is not the case. The fact is, they purchase the music and order it to specific needs.

Restaurants will order music that entices us to eat more, retail to buy more and doctors offices to calm clients. There are many studies that prove music can manipulate you into doing a lot more than just dancing. Perhaps a nice play list will help you sell your next open house, while I will never say it alone has sold a home, I will say I receive many compliments on open houses by simply placing a few bluetooth speakers throughout the home.

That's a good plan Jim Lord . I've always brought music but I never thought about bluetooth speakers.

Great idea. Maybe a portable Bose CD player should be on my "to buy" list.

Jim - If you are going to play music at an open house, having a bluetooth speaker would be a great way to play it.

As a former DJ, I always have some Smooth Jazz playing at my broker opens; cool like that.

Good morning Jim. Music certainly does enhance most things. Why not have it in homes.
