Dessert Selections for Broker Opens
In our local real estate market, the traditional days for Broker Open Houses are Tuesdays at mid day. Lunch is often served by the listing agents. Popular dessert selections include the delicious apple and cherry pies from Costco. They are large pies and you may wish to spoon portions rather than to cut slices. If you have leftovers, they will be consumed at the office.
Roy, we do not see many broker opens here, everyone is really busy. Cherry pie sounds good though!

Hi Roy Kelley - We don't call our open houses "broker opens". We call it Tour Day! Many of us serve finger foods, appetizers, mini sandwiches, or individual baby desserts and fancy cookies.

Ah yes, those large delicious pies at Costco. I do miss them. We have a Sam's but would rather have a Costo any day.

We don't do this very often down here. I will need to attend some broker opens up in Washington DC to get some good deserts.

We have an icy Wednesday morning in our area. Schools will open with a two hour delay in Montgomery County, MD.
We do not have a Costco here, but about 30 minute drive. Makes me want to go get a couple of pies. I have a new listing up in a resort area i am planning a large event for, making a menu in the next couple of days Roy

We do Costco pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving time. They have great pies.

Costco makes great pies. I really like their pecan. That is a good idea to spoon portions into cups rather than try to slice. It makes it so much easier to eat.

I'm sorry but I find those Costco pies way too sweet. Today on realtor caravan I was lucky to get some pastry and quiche from a very good French bakery.
