Since only one property was sold in Calistoga last week, I have chosen to feature something many ask about when looking to purchase in the Napa Valley, a small vineyard property with winery potential. This  4.4 acre property has approximately 3 acres in vineyards and nice sized home. It did have a winery permit which has expired but according to the listing agent could be renewed. Currently home to Homage Vineyards, the current owner’s moniker, it has an asking price of $3,350,000. Granted these properties with winery potential are rare, they do come up occasionally and this is not a bad buy.
