Hi Belinda: I think it's kinda sad that the government discriminates against renters and believe that tenants bring down the value of all properties in condo complexes. Some condo complexes, even if the mix of tenants and owner occupants are out of whack, well, it doesn't mean the place has gone into ruin. Not all tenants exhibit zero pride of ownership.

Hi Belinda -- the affordable segment of the Aurora CO real estate market is certainly felt the impact of low inventory.  While the number is not high, a prospective buyer should definitely consider a condo or townhome as an entry level into owning real estate.  They can also work for those of us who don't want the hassle of a large lot too.
