This is a short post to say "Thank You" to one of my competitors.
Karen Dumais is an agent with Prudential American Heritage in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. She is the selling agent on one of my listings and she is wonderful! I am so thankful that she is on the other side of the sale because without her, it probably would not be closing on May 20th.
With all the craziness we face every day in the market from lack of communication to the inability of some to follow through with their responsibilities, Karen has been right there with me on getting this deal together. She is very ethical, honest and hard working. Her and I have communicated atleast once a day for the past month. We work together to stay on top of the lender, attorneys, home inspection issues and to make sure all of the contingencies are met. It has been such a pleasure working with her that I had to let you know.
So here's to you, Karen. Thank you so much for all of your hard work this past month and even though this was tough at times, working together made it seem effortless!
