Use This Valuable Facebook Tool To Create Your Content

By now we should all know exactly who our audience is, beyond the basic "anybody and everybody" looking.  We can all help everybody but who in particular will we attract based on our skills, strengths, personality?  What's your niche?

We should all have one and not fear losing potential customers because they might believe that we can't help them.

In this Marketing Gold Monday video, I will show you how to use one of the most valuable tools on Facebook to help shape your content.  It is important that we get inside the heads of our audience and give them content they want, not what we think they want.

Going to check out your page. When I look at my Facebook page, the majority of my audience are realtors. Would like to build an even greater audience of potential clients.

Janice Hope Zaltman LEED AP I would recommend creating a closed group on Facebook for your past and present clients.  Closed groups give you so much control.  You can go live, upload documents, create group chats, deliver market reports, etc.  Make them feel special, and it goes a long way!  Best part is the group can be private.
