The 80524 zip code for Fort Collins CO consists of the northeastern portion of the city, along with the east side of the Old Town neighborhood. It includes older existing homes, new construction in developing neighborhoods to the east, and less dense semi-rural development to the north. Prices range from affordable to luxury, and all styles and sizes of homes are present.

The inventory of homes for sale in the 80524 zip code remains lower than optimal to meet buyer demand, but we are hoping that as we move further into our busier spring/summer season, we will see those numbers increase. Market performance was good, with an average days to offer of 39 and an average days on the market of 75. The sale price/list price ratio for these 157 homes was 98.1%, indicative of strong buyer demand and a seller's market.

Looking at February 2016 to Februry 2017, prices are a bit higher, inventory is noticeably up, number of sales is slightly down.

Like the chart, they are easy to follow.
