Even though in many cases more homes came to the market than went under contract or sold since last month this market is still super hot! Overall the average market time for the condos that sold is only 27 days! The ones that are under contract have taken a little longer at 90 days, but the busy season is just starting. Typically most homes list in April, May, and June, so if you are thinking of selling now is a great time to list! The median sales price for condos over the past month was $379,750.

Price Range: $400,000-$800,000

Housing Type: Townhome

The $2m home that was available last month has gone under contract. A handful of other townhomes have been listed, but, like the condos, they are selling very quickly. The two that are under contract have market times of 26 and 10 days. The median sales price for townhomes was $1,192,500.
