When a day doesn't go according to plan I find myself ready to toss my arms in the air while yelling "I GIVE UP" to the sky... I'm sure I'm not the only one either! It sounds like a much easier time to simple give in to the day, shut out the world, and mope. It's not the better solution though, or the one that will help me achieve my daily goals. The attitude that will is the one that includes me adjusting to the changes in my day and finding a way to make it work in my favor. It is easier said than done, but even putting yourself in that kind of mental mindset can make all the difference.
