Home Prices in San Clemente 6/11/2017

This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.4 percent, for new homes up 5.2 percent and for resale condos up 9.2 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.9 percent and down 0.7 percent on condos and down 3.5 percent for new homes.  

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.2 percent and the sales volume is down 17.6 percent.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 1.5 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.

•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 8.2 and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.

•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 11.4 percent and the sales volume is up 0.8 percent.

•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 9.6 percent and the sales volume up 17.6 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 2.8 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 9.3 percent and the sales volume is down 8.8 percent.

 It is interesting that the market is showing an up tick in home prices and a down turn in the number of homes sold.  I see again the forces of supply and demand continuing.  Prices will go up and the inventory being low
