Fireworks show Tuesday, July 4, 2017 with fireworks starting at 9:00 p.m. Downtown, there is an Independence Day Party at the TCC, Tucson Convention center before the fireworks display. For best viewing, park at TCC lots B or C. Parking is free! In addition, enjoy traditional Fourth of July eats like hotdogs, burgers and other street food from Food vendors and trucks. The Sun Link Street far will be running until midnight. Sentinel Peak Park will be closed from July 3 at 6:00pm through Tuesday, July 5.

Mt. Lemmon Fourth of July Independence Day Parade
Annual Mt. Lemmon July 4th Independence Day Parade is held at noon. Road is closed to traffic from 11:00 am through 2:30 pm. Fire restrictions are in effect over the Independence holiday. Summerhaven shops and hiking spots will be open.

Fireworks restrictions
Depending upon weather, there may be some restrictions with regards to fireworks. You can help prevent wildfires!
The summer monsoon might make its traditional attempt to disrupt local fireworks shows on July 4th. Check the weather for the Fourth of July.
In Pima County, there is a ban is on the use of permissible consumer fireworks.
The City of Tucson has a similar ban.
Although Pima County and the city of Tucson cannot ban the sale of fireworks, the USE is regulated!!!
Violating the ban can be a Class 3 misdemeanor offense in Pima County. In conjunction with the ban on the use of personal fireworks, there are fire restrictions throughout the state parks and forests, including the Coronado National Forest.
