Totally true Wayne. Most people in our area do not expect to find such a gem. However, if someone is in need of six bedrooms and four and half baths on a quiet street this is the house for them!

Wow, it sounds and looks as if these owners really put some TLC into this home. I can't believe it's easy to find a 6 BR home (all upstairs) in many markets. Best of luck finding the right buyer for this nice home.

Colleen, I agree with you. That said, this is one of those houses that we need agents and loan officers to know about. Typically most people just think...four bedrooms, maybe five up. Actually this one has two Master Bedrooms on the upper level technically speaking.

Brady Bunch? There are needs for those half dozen bedrooms with blended families. Had four of my own as a single full time Dad and a blend of any more means more bedrooms the tall real estate order. No mention of how many bathrooms which should be in the marketing blog post blah blah blah. Hope they have a car wash timer and dole out the weekly tokens to the kids taking those long showers and camping out in those bathrooms.

Brady Bunch, Blended Family, this would fit a multi-generational need  as well since it is so large.
