Those are some interesting statistics, Michaels. I don't work with Milliennials ... I've heard they're not very interested in owning homes, but your numbers indicate otherwise.

I work with Millennials often, Michael J. Perry ... and I'm not so sure that they buy for vastly different reasons than other age groups do. They do however, typically approach the process differently.
