Mt. Vernon Street is in the heart of Prescott, Arizona. This event attracts visitors from the Phoenix and other towns. Many of the homes are on the Historic Register. I think tonight it was just a fun place to be.

John, wow those are some awesome pictures, funny here in Los Angeles it is almost a national holiday, if you ever go to West Hollywood there is a gathering of at least 500k revelers....Endre

Thanks, Myrl Jeffcoat, for your comment. Mt. Vernon Street is an iconic representation of Prescott. Many of these homes are on the historic register. Many of them are traditional in their paint colors. Many of them have a lot of detail. Most are Victorian or Craftsman style. Halloween seems to have decreasing attendance now.
