Martin's Additions is a village in Montgomery County, Maryland, United States. It was established as a Special Tax District in 1916 and incorporated as a village in 1985. The neighborhood is filled with luxury homes that are beautifully built. If you take a walk around the area you can really appreciate the architecture of houses built here. Streets are spacious and the lots are spaced generously. You get an ample amount of parking and most homes are multi storey houses that have several rooms per household. The neighborhood is mostly composed of residential properties and one restaurant. La Ferme Restaurant is the most notable amenity in the neighborhood. This restaurant offers amazing French cuisine with great ambience and an appropriatele furnished dining space. This is a definite must visit whether or not you decide to move into the neighborhood. The neighborhood is centrally located. You are a few hours drive from the downtown area and a short drive from the nearest shopping and commercial  district.
