William Oliver Atlanta Condo Lofts: The William Oliver building is a 16-story highrise located on Peachtree Street in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Built for office use in 1930, this building was converted to apartments in time for the 1996 Olympics and later converted to lofts. The William Oliver has 115 units and is the largest example of classic art deco architecture in the South and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
