Can you have Buyer's Remorse when you "bought too low" ? Oh yes you can...in some markets at some times....a little boost in a purchase price can mean updates that are more expensive to add....a bathroom more to remodel...windows to replace.
A Buyer's agent who is working for YOU is important in helping you evaluate those decisions. Should you be house poor ? Oh no....you should not....but you may find that less than a hundred dollars a month (Hmmmm....How many Starbucks would that be ?) you can have more of what you want for less than you would pay for a "do over."
