PRAFUL THAKKAR thank you for reposting SALLY K. & DAVID L. HANSON's article. What a nice success story. I am counting on postcards working for me as my first neighborhood farming cards went out this week. I am committing 12 to 18 months to really work the neighborhood.

looks like you found an oldie, but goodie.  I've had those "saved" things I've sent even get me an estate listing.

There was a time I would send out 30,000 post cards a month... now I might send out 500 in a Quarter....Endre

This post reminds me of showing a log cabin type property with acreage that a co-op office Realtor had listed.  As I was there I saw an old refrigerator magnet type calendar of another Realtor in our office.  The calendar was about 9-10 yrs old.  For some reason that seller kept the calendar but did not contact that Realtor to list their house.  That Realtor in our office chuckled about her kept old calendar magnet w/her personal picture on business card attached BUT wondered why they didn't contact her to list??
