At Showhomes we love tight conversation groupings like this one - groupings that have at least 3 points and that use a coffee table the same height as the cushions. Its critical that every person can reach the coffee table from where they sit. This makes the room comfortable and people will sit down - a grouping like this is not only attractive, its safe for buyers and they are attracted to it because its cozy. No matter how large the room is, a grouping set up like this always works.
