My conversations with clients who want to sell in the spring always seems to be a surprise when I send them my blog.
Sellers who listed their homes with me in January all had multiple offers and now are closing this month in February! My buyers who are moving from either out of state or locally are finding it rather shocking that inventory is low; those wanting new construction in western Loudoun have little to choose from, as well.
Lot premiums range from $15,000-$80,000. By the way, when you go to sell, recouping lot premiums never get you a great return. Yes, your location and views are better; however, appraisers will not give you much advantage for that!
