Sorry folks, this is a rant. Staples never fails to disappoint. Whether in store, online or trying to speak with a human being it is a problem. There is never anyone who can make things better. Prices in my area are high and there are no choices in the country. I called the corporate office and it is all automated and not a human to be found.
My receipt indicated a discount for returned cartridges. I didn't get one. When I spoke to the store manager I was told........get ready for it, "let me tell you what it means." I'm a good reader and knew what it meant. I am done with this and will write the CEO. I spent a lot on ink, more than the printer cost and no one is interested in the consumer, me. Sorry about that.
