This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.6 percent, new homes are up 6.8 percent and resale condos are up 14.0 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 5.3 percent, down 10.8 percent on condos and up 18.4 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume is up 10.5 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.7 percent and the sales volume is up 28.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 4.9 and the sales volume is down 6.8 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 22.6 percent and the sales volume is down 21.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are 5.8 percent and the sales volume down 32.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 49 percent and the sales volume is down 9.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are 21.4 percent and the sales volume is down 3.8 percent.
This is a new and changing market prices are up and there are some pockets of increased sales. We are watching closely to the direction our market is moving. Looking good an increasing in most areas.
