   If you read this blog with any regularity, you know that the purple envelopes purple envelopewe send out thru snail mail are a part of the "fertilizer" we use for fostering the growth of our niches.  People know when they see it...that the content...come rain or shine...cold or flu (we remove the germs) on or about the 15th of every month...the purple snail mail envelope will arriveclock in their mail box.  As important as the regularity and the brand identity this career long effort also has different target  audiences...which means...Different content for each target.  

    I can hear you..."I don't have time for all that !"  We come from the school of "you always have time for whatever is important to you. "  The physical mailing is not what we do...we supply the newsletters, stamps and labeles to a faithful associate who now has her own systems for getting the job done quickly and in a timely manner.  

      In terms of content,  we rarely write everything for each niche all at once. We have files that have content for  each category that we build on during the month.  Each newsletter begins with a quote...thank you Will Hamm  or Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS,  we have bookmarked your posts and draw from them to begn our newsletter.  The newsletter that you will probably begin with if you choose to promote your practice in this manner, is the one to your present, past and future clients.  You have built a data base and use it to contentproduce the labels you use...adding new clients each month. Remember if you are a Newbie and don't have a large sphere, it doesn't matter, the recipients don't know if they are one of hundreds or they are one of a few who get your valued information.

I love that you use quotes. Back when I had a real estate agency and wrote a monthly newsletter, I always included 2 or 3. Some of my agents thought it was dumb, but people receiving the newsletter often commented on them. Some called or wrote to say that was just the message they needed that day.

Makes you feel kinda good...

I have missed out that you use a purple envelope before, don't know how. But what an amazingly good idea for branding. Love it. Alsolike that you develop different letters for your different niches.
