I read a blog earlier today that was written by Marte Cliff. I learned that I can always learn new techniques and re-learn some old ones.
It gave many great pointers on how to get out of a rut or to get started finding new and more clients.
I recommend reading this blog for both old and new agents and for those in other industries.

I believe one thing is certain in blogs like this. They can help people across many spectrums of business...not just real estate.
The principal of selling is pretty much the same no matter what the product. We all are selling ourselves no matter what the product is we are working with.
Each of us needs to make sure we are not missing a ton of future business working our current business. The clock moves fast and before you know it years and decades of your career are over.
I know there are techniques and ideas that years ago I said I was going to try when I had some extra time.
The truth is I have had many opportunities to incorporate those techniques but I procrastinated and they slid to the back burner and then off the burner entirely.
I am making a Spring time resolution to be more proactive in going after future business, like I used to, instead of waiting for it to knock on my electronic device or front door!!
