Sadly even in Silicon Valley few people are educated when it comes to finances. It's estimated that 47 percent of Americans do not have cash on hand to cover an "emergency" without borrowing, using credit or selling an item to raise funds. An "emergency" is defined as an unexpected financial event of $400.
Sometimes saving for something small can be difficult when bills remain pending now. For people wanting to learn how to become "Finanically Literate," a free seminar happens Wed., March 21st at 7:00 pm.
The Get Re$ult$ Team and World Finanical Group are working together to provide FREE Seminiars on topics from financial literacy and new ways to save for college to first time home buying and home selling in Silicon Valley.
The first topic is Financial Literacy Building a Financial Foundation (March 21st). This seminar is focused on how to make a 
person's current finanical situation work in a way to pay for regular expenses, save up for those emergencies and long-term savings for important life-changing events such as college education, buying a home and investing in real estate. Importantly, it also covers how to keep money protected for you and your family's future.
