Carroll County Farmers Market Spring Fling

 

Chef Dolores and I visited the Carroll County Farmers Market for their Spring Fling day. This is a large indoor market that is celebrating its 47th year. The next market date is on May 12, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the Mother's Day market. The summer markets will be held on Saturdays beginning on June 16, 2018.

Follow the signs to the Ag Center in Westminster, Maryland.

We had our first local farmers market yesterday. Although too early for fresh veggies, many were selling seedlings. With the weather this spring, i am holding off planting a nother couple of weeks to be sure.
