All aboard the New Jersey Foreclosure Bus Tours...

By
Real Estate Agent with RealEstateAdvisor.Pro

With home foreclosures at a 20-year record high and up 68 percent nationwide, one real estate agent is out with new ideas to keep the housing market alive. Frank Wible, the name most known in foreclosure, short sale, and bank owned real estate has launched a fleet of foreclosure bus tours in an effort to stimulate the buying market. This service, where groups of prospective home buyers visiting a number of foreclosed properties is one idea that seems to be working well for all parties involved.

With each tour, prospective homebuyers spend approximately four hours on the bus viewing vacant foreclosure and bank owned homes, all at fire sale prices. This is only after they enjoy a free catered breakfast sponsored by the on-site mortgage representative to assist them with their mortgage financing if interested. Guest speakers on the tour include title company executives, home inspectors, and licensed contractors to help explain and point out obvious problems with any property viewed.  Specialized trained foreclosure real estate agents tour with the homebuyers as well.

Homeowners needing to sell, lenders, and property listings from other real estate agents have been pouring in to be featured on the tour. "This is not about only selling my clients properties; it's about stimulating the buying market. My foreclosure listings are featured on the tour, but so can listings from any other agency" says Frank Wible, creator and the main sponsor of these tours.

Touring homebuyers are provided a free comprehensive 3-ring binder which includes informational brochures about the properties, educational facts about buying foreclosure homes, quick-financing mortgage applications, and even money-saving coupons from local businesses providing services to homeowners.  Each tour is based on a specific area, and tours run every Saturday.

One couple recently married looking for their dream home saw their perfect home which sold for $540,000 three years ago. Now that property bank owned, and featured on the tour, it could be theirs for $328,000. A great deal for them!  The downside, of course, is that thousands of families have lost or are losing their homes.

For more information about the tour bus, you can contact the 24hr touring reservation hotline at (609) 910-0447. Future tours include the "Jersey Shore Tour", and the "Investor Rehab Tours". Frank Wible of RE/MAX All Pros (856) 228-7990, provides advice and services for people looking for a home in this buyer's market, and for people who want to protect themselves and their homes from foreclosure.
