Brookfield Market Trends for April 2018
Brookfield home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 55.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 10.2% from $221,000 to $243,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 80%, while the median sale price rose by 6.5% from $230,000 to $245,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 66.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 32.4% from $185,000 to $125,000.
