Aw, so true. It's hard to do at times. We gave up on a futile project yesterday ( it seemed like a great opportunity ) the seller is a desperate man and will not listen to reason. After trying to blame everyone else for his current financial woes - we decided his mean spirit, greed, and negativity would not fit into our world. Naturally, he went down spitting venom. We try to brush these moments away, but last night I kept waking up and wondering what makes people so unable to see the reality of situations. It made me heartsick. Today, I'm moving on...
