I attended Mike's Management Retreat here in Irvine, California on 5/19-21. He sponsors a once a year retreat for brokers and managers to attend for three days.
After three days, I walked away with the following:
•· This market is going to be like this for another two years. Turn around starting in late 2010.
•· He's a get back to basic's person.
•· Stop, wasting time sitting in the office or your home office and get out and meet people.
•· Do the things that other agents do not want to do: IE: door knocking, expires etc.
•· He has a new book out and if you like Mike this book is worth the price $25.00.
•· Manage your time wisely.
•· Delegate when you can.
•· Stop beating yourself up. Move on.
•· Create a business plan for just a week, or a day, work it.
•· Know how much it is costing you to do business.
•· Practice your scripts daily.
•· Get an accountability partner. Or join an accountability group.
•· Set your goals and work toward them daily.
•· Create an affirmation that you can use, on a regular basis.
These are just some of the highlights ---- Superstar retreat is being held in Las Vegas July 21-25. Mike intends to roll out a 26 week plan to use so that you will be in position to take advantage of when the market starts to turn.
