Bibigo Korean Style Bibimbap Beef for Lunch

 

Chef Dolores likes to try different dishes when we are having lunch at home. I enjoyed the Bibigo Korean Style Bibimbap Beef and you may wish to try it as well. (4-packs are available at Costco.) Our beverage was the Sierra Nevada 2018 Summerfest Crisp Lager. 5% Alc. by Vol.

I have no idea what that (food item) is Roy Kelley but I bet my neighbor who owns a Korean Kitchen would whip me up a batch. I've liked every dish of her's I've tasted.

Hi Roy, sounded like a perfect lunch.  Reminded me of the years I lived in Hawaii... at Pearl Harbor and then on Waikiki.  A very favorite meal was Kalbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs)...so good!!  I will have to try your suggestion.  Beer looked good, too.  Yep, you must have had a very nice lunch.

Fulks Corner Farmers Market is open Thursdays through November 15 from 12:30 to 6 p.m. at the corner of Route 355 and Fulks Corner Avenue in Olde Towne.
 
The Main Street Farmers and Artists Market is open year-round on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Main Street Pavilion, one block off of Kentlands Boulevard.
