Practice The Golden Rule When Viewing Properties

Be courteous When Showing or Viewing Someone's Home

Here are some Dos and Dont's 

• Please turn off all lights (Unless they were on when you arrived) 
• Please make sure all of the doors are closed and locked
• Please make sure you return all of the keys to the lock box
• Please Do Not Adjust the Temperature
• Do Not Sit on the Furniture
• Do Not Use the Bathrooms
• If your Car is leaking oil do not park in the driveway
• Unless Drinks or Refreshments have been put out for the showing, do not eat any food
• Please arrive on time.  If you have a scheduled appointment, be courteous and call the Listing Agent if you are going to be late.
• Don't bring your pets
• Remember you are guests in the sellers home.
