I Can't Believe

It is October. It is hard to believe but it is here. Yesterday was cool but today it is hot and humid again. I have brought in all of my interior plants but there is so much left that isn't thriving but hasn't died either. I am ready for a final clean upand dare I say it....I am actually looking forward to winter and snow. 

Having trouble waiting for the leaves to turn, but I will live. Have a happy and productive day.

Weather here in Sacramento turned decidedly cooler this morning.  We are expected our first rain in over 136 days.  I'm glad to see it coming.

I felt that way this morning, too. Looked up at my calendar over my monitor and realized my husband had changed it to October. There was no warning about October, all of a sudden, here it is.

I am ready for fall, cool nights and lower humidity. And yes I too am ready for a snow in December, January or February but no more than 2 snows.

After last winter, I can't believe you are saying you are looking forward to winter.  LOL.   Right now, we're enjoying mild temps and sunny days.  Fall is my favorite but I'm not dreading winter.
