The second step of setting yourself up to have a great day could be the hardest step of all – Diet.
What are you eating when you get up?
Better yet, what AREN’T you eating when you get up?
There are 2 words which are the focal point of every single thing which I type about – discipline and consistency.
Whether it is building a business, making money or anything in life, you must be consistent and disciplined with sticking to your plan in order to achieve your goal.
Here is what I always tell people when it comes to dieting – baby steps.
Try this – drink 1 glass of water every single morning when you get up.
If you normally start with a donut and a coffee, then start with a donut, a coffee and 1 glass of water.
Try that for the next 30 days.
If you cannot consistently drink a glass of water for the next 30 days, then it is not worth making other adjustments.
Change your outlook on the day ahead and you will change your life.
Take control over what you are putting into your body and watch how quickly your outlook on the day ahead begins to change.
