It's Thanksgiving All Year Long for My Clients!
Recently, a question was asked in the Q&A section here in the Rain, "Will you offer anything for Black Friday or Cyber Monday?" I answered,"Other than advice and services to my clients - NO."
Of course, the 4th quarter mailing went out to all of my valued database offering something of value. Does that count? Direct mailings hold the key to future business and a soft touch several times a year when consistently implemented.
Another personally made greeting card, hand addressed and then signed on the inside. Though it takes several days from beginning to finish, it is well worth the time spent to do something special for clients.
Those who read my blog know that one quarterly mailing resulted in 3 contracts. Each one successfully closed and recorded. Talk about the power of gratitude while staying in front of the sphere of influence.
There are over 1,000 other agents in my selling area vying for a local buyer's or seller's business. Staying in touch with clients shows care and leaves no doubts about who to they trust with their business.
Everyone enjoys receiving a THANK YOU in the mail. Ask my clients, they'll tell you so. The act of giving creates happy results with smiles all around!
